My name is Antonio and by my side my wife Gerardina. We both grew up in the countryside near Naples, Italy, where every day our mother's prepared every meal that our families shared and enjoyed. Growing up in the countryside of Italy, our families knew that our meals always came best from the brick oven, making the food juicy, tasteful and tender. Since it required time to prepare the oven, my mother Antonietta would cook for us with the brick oven only on Sunday., and we couldn't wait for Sundays dinners.
She handed down her recipes and cooking techniques to us which we would love to share with you and all your invited guests... So this is why we are dedicated to keeping Nonna Antonietta's legacy and recipes alive by giving you foods that are made with traditional and original recipes handed down to us by our mothers
