Gourmet package

Nonna Antonietta Pizzeria charges a $500.00 Catering Service charge for the cost of our truck, trailer and staff for setting up, serving and cleaning.

Pricing

For parties up to 25 guests $1,000.00

• Up to 25 pizza within 2 hours

For parties up to 50 guests $1,600.00

• Up to 50 pizza within 2 - 3 hours

For parties up to 75 guests $2,250.00

• Up to 75 pizza within  3 hours

For parties up to 100 guests $ 2,900.00

• Up to 100 pizza within 3-4 hours

Kids under 5 are free.

Kids between the age of 5 and 12 are counted 2 for 1

Extras

State meal taxes

$2.50/mile travel fee will apply after the first 20 miles

Non-alcoholic beverages served, (water, soda etc.)  for an additional fee.

Before the event

Booking: Call Antonio at (617) 797-0229 or email us at nonnaantoniettapizzeria@gmail.com to reserve your date as far in advance as possible. A 50 % deposit is required to hold the date. Remaining balance is due 14 days before the event. Any extras will be billed.

Menu: Check our mouthwatering menu section and work with our catering specialist to create a menu that will impress all your friends and family. Let us know in advanced if there are specific food allergies,  gluten free, vegan vegetarian or other special request options. Our packages are designed to help you with the difficult task of deciding what and how much to have or we at Nonna Antonietta Pizzeria are more than happy to sit with you and create a one of a kind party designed just for you. Call us today to start your journey with us into a world of unforgotten Italian tradition and flavors.

Changes: If you cancel 30 days before, we will refund your full deposit. From 15-29 days before, we will refund 50% of the deposit. From 0 - 14 days before, the deposit is forfeited. We need a final count and menu two week before the event.

Site Preparation: Our mobile trailer is 24' long x 8 1/2' wide. We need a flat dry spot that we can get in and out  easily  with a truck and trailer. We need a 6' clearance on the side where we serve our food for door openings. We typically park the trailer in driveways, parking lots, large yards or fields on dry grass free from sprinkler systems . If there are any doubts regarding location, please discuss before we arrive. If there is a problem fitting the trailer we can park in the street by you pulling a permit at city hall of town. Permits cost around $50.00 depending on town.

Arrival: We arrive approximately 2 hours prior to the event to set up and to get the oven to reach it's temperature.

Weather: We have a door opening that shelters the pizza preparation. area and  can continue with the party in less than ideal weather. If the forecast is very  bad weather, we will work with you to plane to either delay your event l or reschedule up to another day  with no additional charge. 

Duration: Our pizzaiolo (pizza maker) will hand form and fire pizzas outside the trailer. He can put on a little show to satisfy all who attend your event for approximately minim 2 - 3 hours. With setup and cleanup, total duration is about 4-5 hours. It also depending on how many people attend in the event . More people, means more time.

Add on

Participation: We will have salad, appetizers and entrees in appropriate serving trays or plates and set them up on our banquet tables, where people can come and serve themselves.

We can also engage your party or kids to create your own pizza.

Additional service such as passing appetizers, waitstaff, dining tables set up breakdown, china and silverware service, balloon decoration and total cleanup of your event so you can enjoy your event spending time with all your invited guests. These services are available upon request at additional fee.
